HALL ENTERTAINMENT SECURITY – Staff
HES staff are comprised of well-trained, experienced security officers. Our requirements for top-quality employees (your event staff) includes pre-employment screening of all applicants, electronic fingerprint scanning, and a complete criminal background check.

Hall Entertainment Security employees are responsible for the care, well-being, safety and security of other employees as well as the guests attending these events and the property.
Our event staff are the first impression of the promoter’s venue and an important presence in every event which we are involved.
The objective of event crowd management is to diffuse and document incidents, reduce opportunity for injuries or loss, and to facilitate the safe and efficient movement of crowds throughout the event.

We’re currently hiring service oriented people to fill several positions. These may include event and concert security, crowd management, ticket takers, ushers, and general labor. You must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a background check, and also be registered with the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
